Best For: Founders whose recipe isn’t yet manufacturer-ready, or who want a tested, documented formulation before they start co-packer conversations.

  • Covers:

    • Recipe scaling and standardization for commercial production

    • Ingredients/ratio adjustments for consistency, and cost efficiency

    • Formulation specification your co-manufacturer can actually work from

    • One round of revisions based on sample feedback

  • Additional revision rounds beyond the first are billed at $247 per round.

  • Shelf life testing is not included and would need to be arranged separately; I work with certified labs to get this done.

  • pricing varies by product complexity-shelf- stable, low risk-ingredient products land at the lower end; products needing shell-life work, allergen management, or multiple variants run higher. ($1,500 + per additional variant)

Best For: Founders who’ve already got co-manufacturer candidates and want an expert set of eyes and gut check to avoid costly mistakes before committing, plus support through first production and launch.

  • Travel and lodging, if an on-site facility visit is required, are covered separately by the client.

  • Most founders on the monthly retainer engage for around 5 months, from scaling recipe work through first production

  • If a switch to a new co-manufacturer is needed after month 5, the monthly retainer drops to $1,250/month going forward

•    I acknowledge that all concepts, strategies, instructions (via video or live coaching) and resource documents are the intellectual property of CAMA Research and Development Consulting Inc. and are not to be duplicated, altered, or shared without permission.

•    I understand I have committed to paying the total investment due for this program, whether or not I complete the program or attend the sessions.

•    If I am on a payment plan, I agree to pay the full amount of the engagement regardless of my completion of it.

Article 1: Scope of Application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through CAMA Research and Development Consulting Inc. A "client" is any natural or legal person placing an order with CAMA Research and Development Consulting Inc., validated via secure payment platform, check, or other agreed method.

Article 1a: Age Limit

Age restrictions apply: CAMA Research and Development Consulting Inc. only accepts clients over 16 years old (for physical and electronic products/resources) and over 18 years old (for services such as coaching, consulting sessions, and workshops). We do our best to restrict access to our services to those meeting these criteria. Any client who does not meet these criteria will be immediately refunded, and return of any related materials will be required.

Article 2: Order

Any order placed with CAMA Research and Development Consulting Inc. implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 3: Payment

Payment is due at the time specified in your proposal or invoice. Payment is accepted by credit card via Stripe. Secure online payment is processed by Stripe, and information transmitted is encrypted in accordance with industry standards. Any guarantee as to the security of this payment system is the responsibility of Stripe and cannot be attributed to CAMA Research and Development Consulting Inc.

Article 4: Protection of Personal Data

You have the right to access and correct personal data concerning you. By agreeing to these general conditions of sale, you acknowledge having read our personal data protection policy and consent to our collection and use of this data for the purposes of delivering our services. By providing your email address, you may receive emails containing information related to CAMA Research and Development Consulting Inc.'s services. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails.
